T4 Wobbling and P41 beam

The T4 target station contains 3 groups of wobbling dipoles, B1T, B2T and B3T. They are continuously monitored by the WOBSU programme that inhibits the beam if one of the rectifiers is out of tolerance or if one of the target monitors (TBIU, TBID) is out of position.
Please note that

To avoid that WOBSU would inhibit the machine in case a beam file with wrong Bend-1 setting would be loaded , the current of Bend-1 (P41/P42) will not be changed by loading a file.
Never put Bend-1 of P41/P42 to its BIM.0 value.
